Frequently Asked Questions

No. Your bracelet size is typically larger than your wrist size to allow for comfort and movement. The amount depends on the bracelet type — bangles need more room than cuffs, for example.

Try the knuckle trick: close your fingers together and measure around the widest part of your hand (over the knuckles). This is the minimum bangle size you need to slide it on. Then add 0.25–0.5" for comfort.

A bracelet should be comfortable — you should be able to slide one finger between the bracelet and your wrist. If it leaves marks, it’s too tight. If it slides off easily, it’s too loose.

Always size up. A slightly looser bracelet is more comfortable than one that’s too tight. For bangles, sizing up is especially important since they need to slide over your hand.

It depends on the type. Chain bracelets can often be adjusted by adding or removing links. Bangles and cuffs may be adjustable by a jeweler, but stretch bracelets and solid bangles typically can’t be resized.
